Founded in 2010, Ivy Camps has delivered educational and fun programming to thousands of
children via both in-person and online interactive classes. Ivy Camps has delivered its interactive

Overall, we are looking for a team member who is passionate about education and who, like us,
wants to make a difference in the world. After-School Instructors are the front-facing members of
our team to our campers. We are looking for instructors who love to have fun and are not afraid to
act silly with a group of campers who are looking for a beneficial and fun escape with Ivy Camps
USA.

Details
● Position: After-School Instructor
● Location: Montessori Academy of Colorado - 2500 Curtis St.
● Compensation: $20/hour
● Camp Start Date: August 22nd
● Days of the Week: 2+ days a week (you choose), Monday-Friday
● Hours: 3 PM - 6 PM

Primary Responsibilities
● Instruct/lead students in after-school program
● Work anywhere from 4-15 hours per week, more or less
● Implement Ivy Camps USA curriculum
● Communicate regularly with supervisors and perform tasks as needed by supervisors
● Ensure camper safety throughout the camp
● Ensure effective camper pick-up and drop-off
● Ensure Ivy Camps USA delivers a high quality product to all customers

Qualifications
● First-Aid-CPR-AED certification required by time of hire
● Previous experience teaching/tutoring recommended, especially with children
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work in a self-directed capacity, must be proactive, take ownership and have a
strong work ethic
● Demonstrated knowledge of the ability to follow specific instructions with little expertise
● Desire to work in a startup environment with new concepts and models
● Ability to adapt to working in varied/dynamic situations
● Excellent team-player
