Ivy Camps USA Refund Policy 

Online Interactive Classes and Online Interactive Intensives/Camps

• Classes or single-session passes will be billed upon registration.

• We have a 100% satisfaction or your money-back guarantee. As a part of this guarantee, you may receive:

• • A full refund within 24 hours after the first class meeting of your class or summer camp program

  • A 50% refund within 48 hours after the first class meeting of your class or summer camp program 

  • No refund after 48 hours of your first class meeting of your class or summer camp program

• Instances in which no refund will be provided

  • Tardiness or not attending class for any reason.

1-1 Ivy Tutoring/Mentorship

• Payments for tutoring are made up front.

• Each session is 60 minutes in duration

  • If the student chooses not to use all 60 minutes, the session will not be prorated and no partial credit will be granted.

• Tutoring sessions are all scheduled in accordance with the availability of both the tutor and the parent/student. As such, there is no refund for tutoring if your student:

  • Misses a tutoring session without prior notice

  • Notifies their instructor of their absence or tardiness less than 24 hours ahead of the tutoring session

    • If a change is made with at least 24 hours notice, a tutor can schedule a makeup session with the student without additional charge.

  • As a part of this guarantee, you may receive a full refund on all of your remaining tutoring sessions if:

    • You decide that tutoring is not for you after your initial tutoring session and notify us by emailing info@ivycamps.org within 24 hours of your first session.

  • You are ever dissatisfied with a given session and Ivy Camps is unable to rectify the situation – Ivy Camps will refund that individual session.
