Global Customer Service Director

Joshua is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, where he studied Psychology. Driven by his passion for understanding people and delivering exceptional experiences, he has built a diverse career centered around stakeholder engagement and process excellence. Joshua’s professional journey includes roles as an HR Consultant for a global consultancy firm, where he honed his skills in project management, and as an entrepreneur, where he developed a sharp focus on customer service and operational improvement.

Since joining Ivy Camps USA in 2021 as part of the Customer Service team, Joshua has been dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for all members of the Ivy Camps USA community. Now, as the Global Customer Service Director, Joshua oversees the customer experience worldwide, working directly with families and site directors across regions including the Americas, Oceania, the Middle East, and Asia.

In addition to his work with Ivy Camps USA, Joshua is also a concert producer in the Philippines, collaborating with A-list celebrities from Korea and Thailand to bring unforgettable entertainment experiences to audiences.
